How do I enrol?

It’s a simple process. Simply find the course you want to study, click ‘Add to Cart’, and then proceed to the checkout. After entering your contact details and successfully completing payment, you will gain instant access to the course materials. You will also receive an email containing all the course details alongside your payment confirmation.

Are your courses recognised in the UK?

All the courses are recognised in the UK and globally.

Can I study from outside the UK?

Yes. As Lead Academy courses are taught entirely online, it can be studied anywhere in the world, as long as you have an internet connection. Course content is optimised for all devices including smartphone, tablet, laptop and desktop.

Can I access the course material after completing my course?

Yes. You can use your username and password to login and access to your course material.

How long will the courses take to complete?

The duration of your course will vary. You can study the course at your own pace, with no formal deadlines

When will I receive my course?

You will receive instant access to your course once you have successfully completed payment. We send your login details for the course, along with a receipt for your payment straight away. Please make sure you use the correct email address at checkout.

What are the entry requirements for Lead Academy courses?

Designed for learners of all skill levels, there are no academic entry requirements for our personal skills development courses, and it is open to students of all academic backgrounds

How can I retrieve my password?

You will receive an email with the details of your user name and temporary password. After login to your account, you can reset your password from the given link. Or if you like to recover your password quickly please contact our dedicated customer support team via info@lead-academy.org

Is it possible to choose the username by myself?

After successfully purchasing a course our system will send you an email by stating your email address as the username. If you would like to change the username please contact our dedicated customer support team via info@lead-academy.org

How can I start the course?

To get started to your course please login to your student portal, after that click on the “COURSES” button and then click on the “START COURSE” button and start your course.

Can I buy courses for someone else?

Yes, you can purchase the course for someone else, just make sure to inform us after checkout so we can update the course details accordingly.

Do I require to buy any supplementary software or learning materials?

No, you do not need to purchase additional study materials. All our training courses provide full access to study materials. Only few of the courses might require to purchase the software for your practising purpose. Such as Graphic design, Sage 50 accounting & payroll, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc.

If I purchase multiple courses will I get any discount?

Yes, of course, you will be eligible to get a discount if you purchase multiple courses. To get the discount please contact with our customer support team via info@lead-academy.org

If I purchase a course for someone else then do I require to provide any additional information?

When you are purchasing a course for someone else then please enter the learner’s full name along with the email address.

Assessments & Certificates

Can I retake the course assessment, if I am unable to pass?

Yes, unfortunately, if you are unable to pass the course assessment then you can retake the exam again.

Will I receive a certificate?

After successfully passing the MCQ exam you will be eligible to order your certificate of achievement as proof of your new skill. The certificate of achievement is an official credential that confirms that you successfully finished a course with Lead Academy. You/your employer can verify your certificate through our website.
