09:30 – 10:00 — Registration & Welcome

Arrive at the Lead Academy Training Centre, meet your trainer and fellow students, and get settled. The room is fully prepared with massage tables, oils, and learning materials. Tea and coffee are available on arrival.

10:00 – 11:00 — Theory & Equipment Introduction

An interactive session covering the fundamentals of Lymphatic massage therapy, equipment use, and key health and safety standards. Students are encouraged to ask questions throughout.

11:00 – 12:00 — Demonstration of Massage Techniques

Your trainer demonstrates the full Lymphatic massage routine step by step. You will observe carefully, take notes, and ask questions before moving into practice.

12:00 – 12:30: Written Assessment

A short written assessment designed to check your understanding of the theory covered in the morning session.

12:30 – 13:15: Lunch Break

A 30-minute break with refreshments provided. You may also bring your own lunch or visit nearby cafés.

13:15 – 16:30 — Practical Training & Assessment

Hands-on practical training under close supervision. You will practise techniques with partners and receive individual feedback on pressure, flow, and technique. Your practical assessment is completed during this session.

16:30 – 17:00 — Certificate Awarded

Successful learners receive their CPD & IPHM-accredited certificate, confirming completion of the course and readiness to begin professional practice.
