This Adult Care Level 3 course is evaluated through a number of assignments that are designed to assess your knowledge and understanding. These are designed to be completed at various points in your programme, normally at the end of a module/unit.
Completing assignments
Once you have read the course content and accessed the assignment, you can begin completing the assignments. The assessment method will be used to assess:
- Written assignments and coursework
- Having a manager or colleague complete a written testimony of tasks completed in a workplace

- Direct observations of you carrying out work-related tasks
- Professional discussion over the phone
- Providing work product evidence
For the Level 3 Adult Care Course, face-to-face and remote observation is mandatory and we offer both to help assess your progress. The face-to-face observation will be conducted by a Lead Academy observer who will spend one hour observing your practice. To arrange this, simply contact us via email for pricing details and to schedule a suitable time.
Regarding the remote observation, we offer a 45-minute session. Please ensure you book both face to face and remote observation at least two weeks in advance to allow for proper planning. Once confirmed, our team will guide you through the process, ensuring everything is in place for a smooth observation experience.
