Shipping charge
As you are an international learner outside of the UK, there is a Standard International Shipping Cost of £20, to get your Certificates / Student ID delivered securely to your hands within 9 – 12 business days. You may also choose DHL shipping which is more secure and swift at a cost of £40. Please choose whichever is convenient for you.
Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that your address is correct. If your address is wrong/incomplete there is a possibility that your certificate may be lost in the postal service due to not getting the correct address or it may return to us. Or if the delivery person doesn’t find anyone present to receive the certificate at your given address. For any of these mentioned reasons, our organisation will not be responsible as we reconfirmed your address prior to posting the certificate. In any case, you have to repay the international shipping charge of £20 so that we can repost it and confirm your address.
