    The course was very good and insightful, even for someone with a lot of training experience. There is a lot about the true theory behind muscle growth and nutrition.
    The content was repeated in areas and it was clear that some of the units had been repeated in other courses in alternative sequence, as well as one of the instructional videos for an ‘alternative’ grip being the same as the first.
    Definitely cant complain with the cost of the course (£20), however would have been disappointed to get to the end having paid the full £200 and then had to fork out £80 for the certificate and transcript too.
